The country government created the Ministry of Youth Development in 1978, which was later renamed as the Ministry of Youth and Sports. Youth Development Department was formed in 1981 for the implementation of youth programs at the field level. According to the National Youth Policy, the 18-35 year old population of Bangladesh is defined as youth. In order to involve them in the main stream of national development through transforming the committed, productive and productive population of the population into organized, disciplined and skilled manpower, Youth Development Department has been making relentless efforts. It is not saying that we have no other option except to use this youth force to achieve the goal of creating a prosperous Bangladesh by 2021, the Digital India announced by 2021, the United Nations declared SDG in 2030 and above all, by 2041. From 1981 to June 2016, under the project and revenue program of the Youth Development Department, 4,200 youths and youths were employed in self-employment in different trades for skill training, and at the same time, 2,449 young men and youths were able to engage in self-employment at the same time. . Among them, 4,200 people were trained in the year 2015-2016. From the beginning of the Department's credit program, till June 2016, loan benefit of 1 crore 18 lakhs 20 thousand taka has been given to 2,494 beneficiaries. In the year 2015-2018, a total of 3,555 beneficiaries have been disbursed to the tune of 153.35 thousand taka. The average loan recovery rate is 94%. The monthly average monthly income of youth employed in self employment scheme is Tk 3000 / - to 50,000 / taka. Many successful volunteers earn lakhs of money a month. In addition, many trained young people and youths have been employed in various government and non-government organizations and have been able to get jobs in other countries of the world including the Middle East.
