Detailed details of the services provided by Youth Development Department are given below:

1. Services related to training

The Youth Development Department generally offers two types of training services.
A) Training in institutional trade.
B) Training on non-informative trade.

 Institutional Training Trade:

Trade name:
1. For their primary education, fishery farming and agricultural training courses for cattle feed, poultry keeping.
Duration: 2 months and 15 days.
Training start time: July, October, January and April 15th.
Seat Number - 60 People (Residential)
Educational qualification - 8th grade pass.
Course fee - 100.00
1200 taka per month is provided to the trainees.

2. Dress up (For women.

§ Tenure - 4 months

§ Training start time- July and January 1 of the year.

§ Seats - 40 people (non-residents).

§ Educational qualification- 8th class pass.

§ Course fee - 50 rupees

4. Fishery farming

§ Tenure of 1 month

§ Training start time - 1 day of each month.

§ Seats - 20 people.

§ Educational qualification- 8th class pass.

§ Course fee- 100 Taka

5.Computer

§ validity -6 months

§ Training start time- January 1 and July 1 date.

§ Number of seats - 40 people

§ Educational qualification- AIS, S, C classassa.

§ Course fee- 1000 Taka

6. Refrigeration and air conditioning

§ validity -6 months

§ Training start time- 1 January of every month- July.

§ Number of seats - 30 people

§ Educational qualification - 8th grade pass.

§ Course-300 Taka

7. Electronics.

§ validity -6 months

§ Training start time- 1 January of every month- July.

§ Number of seats - 30 people

Unofficial Trade

Generally, informal or mobile training is given at upazila level. It is used as an educational institute of the area or a youth organization / club training course. As training is done in remote areas, the cost and time of training of unemployed youth is less. There is no training fee for unemployed youth for non-formal training. All trade unprofessional training is as follows

Debt Schedule

The Department of Youth Development usually provides two types of loans.

1) Individual loan.
2) Group loan

Personal Loan / Youth Debt - Only after receiving training from Youth Development Department, the loan is provided to the beneficiary project recipient. Consumer loans are two types of debt.
1) Institutional: In order to receive training in institutional trade, the loan is provided in favor of the maximum amount of 50000 / thousand rupees.

2) For the increase of the scheme of youths who have trained in informal trade, loans are provided under this category up to a maximum of 25000/25 thousand taka.

A loan is repaid to the loan payer 3 times successfully. The amount of service charge of the loan is 10%, which is fixed at 5% at the rate of decline.

Group loan

This type of loan is made by the members of the family in the form of a group. This loan is provided based on family. In order to preserve family tradition and uphold the value of family values, the main aim of such a loan program is to create self-employment resources by promoting family as a unit of development by awakening the respect.
Under the program, 1 group with 5 members and 1 center for 8-10 groups was formed. Each member gets a loan of Rs 8000 / - in the 1st phase and the loan is to be repaid in 50 weeks apart from 3 weeks of grace period. After repayment, the loan is provided continuously up to the 5th point. In each case, the loan amount increased to Rs.20000 / ie in the 5th phase a loan holder gets a loan of 16000 / taka. If there are 5 family members, then the family gets loan of Rs. 80000 / - in the 5th phase. Service charge 5%.
After 5th payoff, enterprise loan was granted to 1 member of 1 group. The amount of which is up to 30000 / Taka-50000 / Taka.

In order to provide financial support for the implementation of country's constructive program to youth organizations, the contribution of Youth Welfare Fund is provided every year from the Ministry of Youth and Sports. Besides, organizations are given non-funding and grants for the implementation of the program
